What we’ve built

Two platforms, both running in production.

A short list on purpose. Both were delivered end to end by this practice — discovery, architecture, build and release — rather than programs it was adjacent to.

01

Insurance management platform

Insurance · Cloud-native on AWS · Live in production

A single platform for policy and insurance records, replacing spreadsheets and a set of disconnected systems that no longer agreed with each other about the same customer.

Built cloud-native on serverless compute and managed database services, with automated build and release through CI/CD from the first sprint rather than bolted on before launch. The reconciliation work — deciding which system was allowed to be right about a given record — was the part that made it hold after go-live.

Outcome

Uptime99.9% in production
Infrastructure cost28% below a conventional hosted build
ReleaseAutomated, CI/CD
ScopeArchitecture through production
02

Inventory and rental management platform

Vehicle rental · Cloud-native on AWS · Discovery through launch

Fleet inventory, availability and rental management for a car rental provider, covering what is on the lot, what is committed, and what is available to rent at any moment.

Built on the same cloud-native foundation and delivered from discovery through launch. Automated build and release cut deployment friction by 40%, which in practice meant changes shipping the same week they were asked for instead of waiting for a release window.
