How do you price fixed-scope projects?
+After a discovery conversation we write a Statement of Work with clear deliverables, timeline, and milestone payments. We don't pad estimates — our goal is a long-term relationship, not inflated one-time revenue. The quote is fixed after Phase 02 (Architecture & Planning) once we fully understand the scope.
Who owns the code and IP?
+You do. 100%, always. Every contract includes a full IP assignment clause. On project completion you receive all source code, documentation, environment configs, and assets — with no licensing restrictions or vendor lock-in of any kind.
Do you work with international clients?
+Yes. We serve clients across the US, UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. All work is conducted in English with asynchronous daily updates and weekly live demos — regardless of time zone.
What does the discovery process look like?
+A 45-minute call to understand your business, followed by stakeholder interviews, a requirements document, and a scoped proposal — usually delivered within 48–72 hours of the discovery call. No obligation to proceed after the proposal.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
+Yes. We have deep experience integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, and 40+ other enterprise platforms via REST APIs, GraphQL, SOAP, EDI, and custom connectors.
What happens if requirements change mid-project?
+We expect this. Our Agile process accommodates change through backlog management — new requirements are added, prioritized, and estimated transparently. You always see the cost impact of scope changes before they're approved, never after.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
+Yes. We offer flexible support retainers covering monitoring, bug fixes, performance optimization, and feature development. Most clients move into a retainer relationship after launch — that's when the real optimization work begins.
