How do you determine the price for a fixed-price project?

After our discovery call and requirements gathering, we create a detailed Statement of Work with clear deliverables, timeline, and milestone payments. Pricing is based on complexity, team composition, and estimated hours. We never pad quotes β€” our goal is to earn your long-term trust, not maximize one-time revenue.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

For fixed-price projects, scope changes are handled via a Change Request process β€” we assess the impact on timeline and cost, get your approval, and adjust accordingly. There are never hidden charges. For dedicated team engagements, scope flexibility is built into the model β€” that's one of its core advantages.

Do you require a deposit upfront?

For fixed-price projects we structure payments as: 30% on contract signing, 40% at mid-project milestone, 30% on delivery. For dedicated team engagements, billing is monthly in advance. Enterprise partnerships have custom terms including net-30 and net-60 options available.

Who owns the source code and intellectual property?

You do β€” 100%, always. Every contract includes a full IP assignment clause. On completion (or monthly for dedicated teams) you receive complete source code, documentation, and all assets. We sign NDAs on request and have never had an IP dispute in our history.

Can I start small and scale the engagement up?
